Roy designed a pair of storage lockers for each unit. Well planned Roy.

Roy Grounds designed 7 storage lockers at either end of  each of it's 3 distinct levels.
That's 14 lockers in total for each level or a pair of storage lockers  allocated for each unit,
Level one has 7 apartments in total.
Level two has 7 apartments  in total.
And finally level three has only 6 apartments.
The extra two storage lockers on level three were allocated for unit 1 on the ground floor.
So if you are a resident please just take two lockers for your unit only. Thank you.

Sadly the old ‘Moonbria’ wall & iconic blue gate gets pulled down. And doesn’t the building look entirely different now.
