 If you are planning on getting NBN connected to your apartment (from the NBN box outside your unit) and you expect that the attending contractor will be drilling on shared common walls, then you will need to notify Christine at Ace Body Corporate 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. (Phone 9239 3100)
You will also need to letterbox the residents THE NIGHT BEFORE to make them aware of the upcoming inconvenience that you have planned for them. "Moonbria' is a small and proud community and it is expected that ALL residents including the selfish owner/occupier of unit six (who didn't do this this morning) to respect the rights of ALL of us who live here and our fundamental right to 'enjoy' the property free of this morning's unannounced & single-minded interruptions.
