Thanks Ben for your question. The main garden wall and the gate were removed because the wall was leaning, and was posing a potential risk to pedestrians and residents. The committee is currently looking at several options to bring the building back to its former glory, including our fabulous gate. Thanks for your ongoing admiration I'm sure we'll have it looking wonderful again for you shortly.
With stage 4 lock-downs starting from Sunday 2nd August @ 1800 hours Moonbria is playing its part by making our building safer for our residents.
Stand-alone hand 'sanitizers' will be made available at both ends of our stairwells. The main courtyard garden will obviously be closed. Extra cleaning schedules in common area will be announced shortly. Our common laundry will have new signage detailing best practices. A letter detailing these new changes will be hand-delivered to residents letterboxes this week. Stay safe & well Moonbria community. :)
What is it? Unit 17 is a super cosy one bedroom top floor that is currently for lease.
Why we like it. The top floor has a distinct "Art Deco cruise liner" feel with it's slim steel common area support pillars and it's white wood-paneled roof. It's very cool.
