This week this Moonbria.com.au website turned a milestone page in its popularity resulting in a remarkable number of visitors checking out our site. A big thank-you to you all. In total we had 244 UNIQUE VISITORS, (That's a single visit for each IP address) reading 1006 pages of content from our website! This was achieved in just one week. This works out to be approximately 4 pages consumed for each visitor. All of this has been through 'organic' search WITHOUT ad words, or Pay per click advertisements. The statistics also revealed that 70% of those visitors had IP addresses registering back to colleges, architectural practices, architects, and real estate agents. A further 22% of these visitors were residents sourcing community updates and 'Moonbria' information around the building. It's incredibly satisfying for something that started off as an small idea among several passionate residents, and now it's snowballed over the last 5 years into a popular source of reference for Roy Grounds and his legacy. Thank you again to all those visitors. We are truly touched by our websites popularity.
- The 'Moonbria.com.au' content-curators & designers. Allegion Australia gets dumped as Dorma closes it beautifully.
After several months of wrangling with Allegion Australia over a replacement pump that was under warranty and Allegion's subsequent refusal to replace it; we found something better. Greg from St Kilda Locksmiths found a solution for us and recommended we go with Dorma for a more a reliable service offering. The result is wonderful. The gate is back working again as it should. Thanks Greg & Alex from St Kilda Locksmiths for persevering and getting such a good result for all the residents and owners at Moonbria. SCOPE OF WORKS: 3rd July 2019: Works commence. The works will include some major excavation by mechanical digger to source and replace the damaged pipes allowing greater egress for water should future flooding occur. Sadly, some plants covering the major blocked artery will have to be removed, but others will be re-instated to bring the garden back to its former glory. The works are expected to take 10 days with restorative works to follow shortly thereafter. Sadly during this work period there will be no access to residents. Works update; 4th July 2019 Excavator works complete. 5th July 2019 Main pit installed. 8th July 2019 Two drainage pipes to side lane way installed. 24th July 2019 Drain covers final fix. 25th July 2019 Awaiting re-landscaping. Closed until further notice. 10th August 2019 Landscaping contractor confirmed. Garden works imminent. |
