Sophie K has just emailed the Moonbria website asking if any units are for sale? She's desperate to buy anything in the block, as shes admired the building for a long time. If you're an owner and you're thinking of selling then reach out to Delores (site editor) on the Moonbria website for Sophie's contact details. :)

Janet from unit 21 has kindly pruned the Rose Tree in the front garden area which was overgrown, that should set it up for full bloom in the Spring. Thanks again Janet - I hope i didn't wake anybody (I know we're all in forced lock-down) but I couldn't open my front door as it was jammed shut and I couldn't get it open it by myself, you might have heard some banging as we had to force it open. Can we get the common areas in our building cleaned more? Like covid safe? I hear the building is cleaned once a week. It's not enough, especially as were in lock-down. Can we step this up? Hey Chris & Tash, some flowers have arrived for you today, they're in the foyer! Is it just my unit or has the power gone out in the building again? Lee S. Sorry about the burst water tank at 230am, called the plumber but I hope I didn't wake anyone, pretty unavoidable really, Let me know if its caused any damage - Matt - Unit 10

Where's the number gone from the front? Uber drivers cant find the building from the street because the front gates gone and there's no number to see anymore. Can we get a number on the building? - Sam H Garden wall removal. The main common garden wall at the front of the building including the gate will be removed, Expect significant interruption at the front of the building. |
