Thanks David. David the new committee chairman as haggled with the washing machine operator and got brand new machines for the residents. They will cost a little more per wash but they'll do a far better job.
A new front door security system is being installed. All residents will be issued with two fobs for each apartment, These will be hand delivered by committee members on your arrival back from work or throughout the day, Please keep these fobs safe as replacements will be priced at $65 per fob. Lesley the botanist from unit 16 wants the building to become more sustainable and is rallying for more support. More green roof space, rainwater tanks, gray water recycling to common gardens, solar panel power to each unit. Lets push for a greener more sustainable Moonbria.
