Hi Team,
I am an architectural student from RMIT. I choose Moonbria flats as one of my study precedents for history. I am wondering if I can come in one day to do a site visit and take some photos. Really appreciate. Regards Tina/ Linling A big thank-you to one of our residents Iain for diligently keeping our central gardens and birdlife so healthy, vibrant and engaged. The central courtyard is a huge feature of our building’s aesthetic and having it maintained with such passion and selfless dedication makes a world of difference to how we residents experience our building’s cohesive design. Thank you Iain! Please keep it going :)
Good afternoon Moonbria owners and admirers
Remiss of me not to begin following your page the very minute I first visited Moonbria, about four years ago (having admired the building from afar in Brisbane for many years beforehand). Please count me in as part of the collective. By way of background, I'm an architecture and history (and architectural history) buff enamored by Moonbria as an early example of the "Bachelor's Flats" style I associate with early-20th century London. Otherwise, I'm a government relations professionals whose broader passions include cooking, reading and walking in the Toorak sunshine. All the best Harry This month’s record sale of unit 17 to a young architectural-design-loving owner occupier, brings the total amount of owner occupiers to over 50%. Welcome!
To our newest owner occupier Matt; welcome! It is great to see young people choosing to live in Moonbria.
It’s time to reserve your bike rack for the next year. Out of the ten bike racks available 6 have been reserved. Contact our BCM by 1st March 2024 to reserve yours.
