2nd-6th June 2020. Two works programs are scheduled. Unit 1, polishing & sanding concrete slab. Unit 12 replacing heritage bricks above garages. Expect some noise interference between 8am-5pm.
Where's the number gone from the front? Uber drivers cant find the building from the street because the front gates gone and there's no number to see anymore. Can we get a number on the building? - Sam H
Garden wall removal. The main common garden wall at the front of the building including the gate will be removed, Expect significant interruption at the front of the building.
Have you noticed the back door is sometimes held open. Well that's because the tenant at unit 14 has told us she leaves it open for her cat to get access from the rear garden. She assures us it will be closed late at night to keep us safe.
It belongs to Lee from unit 4 as he cant get access to the small storage room. If its in the way let him know.
Unit 1 is having significant renovations to his apartment including landscaping around his unit to address the rising damp issue. A digger will have to be lifted into the building from the rear lane-way. Expect significant noise interruption as this happens over the next week.
Unit 8 has noticed that her two storage lockers are filled with another residents paraphernalia. Is it yours? If so can you contact Priscilla.
