Not nice to come home at lunchtime and see two big delivery guys wedging the front foyer door open with a fire extinguisher, then, forcing an oversized couch and several pieces of furniture up the front stairwell to unit 11 on the second floor; when we have a clearly visible sign on the front entrance door stating: “Delivery drivers use the back gate”! Can we invoice the owner of unit 11 for the front stairwell scuff marks and paint damage that these hired morons have left behind?.- Paul B. (:
