The choice of Dennis Paphitis seems very reasonable - the style, history and atmosphere of Moonbreeze are really impressive, I always like reading about new residential projects because it makes me think about my own real estate investments, it reminds me how important it is to find a place that reflects your personality and lifestyle.

It is impressive how big brands like Aesop not only influence the global industry but also define the lifestyle of their founders. Dennis Paphitis's purchase of an apartment in Moonbria looks like a logical step - luxury in simplicity, just like the brand itself, apparently, the interior of this apartment will definitely have a place for perfectly symmetrical jars of creams. 😄 By the way, if Denise decides to expand her horizons, I recommend checking out DubaiVilla, after all, if you have already created an iconic brand, why not settle in an estate overlooking Palm Jumeirah? Honestly, I think even the walls smell like luxury there, but seriously, it's interesting how big players like Aesop influence the choice of locations and even shape the fashion for individual residential complexes, will Moonbria become even more desirable because of this step? We are waiting for the next news.

Nina thank you for your comment. We’ve already seen a surge in activity to our Moonbria website and our building since Mr Paphitis has purchased. This has reflected in greater unit resale prices combined with our owner occupancy rate increasing to over 60%. We’d like to think it’s way better living than DubaiVilla & Palm Jumeirah, cooler too:) - R

    What is it?
Unit 17 is a super cosy one bedroom top floor that is  currently for lease.

    Why we like it.
The top floor has a distinct "Art Deco cruise liner"  feel with it's slim steel common area support pillars and it's white wood-paneled roof.
    It's very cool.

    Oh and...
It's also super quiet, with  two big windows opening over the central 'Moonbria' courtyard and the big elm tree. Boutique shops at both ends of the street means when you run out of "Madonna" cheese, and lactose free soy milk its an easy fix.
Classic, simple, elegant  "Art Deco' living.
    What's not to love!

    What you should do.
