Terrific website!
We live around the corner and have watched the place transform over the last few years.
Is there anything coming up for sale that you guys know about?
Looking for something for our 18 year old who's at Melbourne Uni.

Keep up the good work.

How wonderful to see this site available, for years I've walked my dog past & always wondered what was behind that eye catching gate & mysterious "glass tower"!
Beautiful & intimate, what a great space it must be to live in.

We live in Beijing but recently one of our friends has bought in this building and we'd like to also. Do they come up for sale often? Which are the best to buy?
Thank-You.

A magnificent building designed not unlike the prevailing and following decades of mid 20th century architecture. To say it was ahead of it's time would be an understatement. One could imagine the good folk of Toorak living in all their Victorian period splendour despising this sought of structure at the time.

We're albert Park based but go out of our way to walk by this building when we're in the vaillage.
Incredible foresight from a great visionary architect of Moderne.
Keep it looking beautiful please.

I drive past this magnificent home and dream to live here. It's an icon, delightfully maintained and it transports me back in time...everytime.

    What is it?
Unit 17 is a super cosy one bedroom top floor that is  currently for lease.

    Why we like it.
The top floor has a distinct "Art Deco cruise liner"  feel with it's slim steel common area support pillars and it's white wood-paneled roof.
    It's very cool.

    Oh and...
It's also super quiet, with  two big windows opening over the central 'Moonbria' courtyard and the big elm tree. Boutique shops at both ends of the street means when you run out of "Madonna" cheese, and lactose free soy milk its an easy fix.
Classic, simple, elegant  "Art Deco' living.
    What's not to love!

    What you should do.
    Make it home, quickly!
