Outside Toorak's Iconic Art Deco 'Moonbria' in Autumn.
A first floor One bedroom apartment with a sought after lock up garage is up for sale.
The last sales result recorded in 'Moonbria' was apartment Number 2 (also a one bedroom on the same floor, level 1) which sold on March 1st 2014 for a record price of $520,000k.

Mr Grounds designed only 8 garages for the 21 units.
The garages are designed on the south side of the building accessed by a cobble-stoned lane-way.

I love your website, you must really love the place and it shows. I've been wanting to buy in it for years but keep missing out. Agent is quoting $370-$400 which seems on the low side. Nice knowing one went for $520 last year! ;)

Yes we went to an open last week. The agent said the same something in the $400's. Don't think so. We missed out on a place in Electra street Williamstown and that went for $380,000 70's block no garage. This is a way better building in a better location with a garage! Another case of quote them low. Still great building we'll be at the auction! Like the site guys too! Tom & Sophie.

    What is it?
    Unit 17 is a super cosy one bedroom top floor that is  currently for lease.

    Why we like it.
    The top floor has a distinct "Art Deco cruise liner"  feel with it's slim steel common area support pillars and it's white wood-paneled roof.
    It's very cool.

    Oh and...
    It's also super quiet, with  two big windows opening over the central 'Moonbria' courtyard and the big elm tree. Boutique shops at both ends of the street means when you run out of "Madonna" cheese, and lactose free soy milk its an easy fix.
